Our Return Policy

At **pkrCart**, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial accessories. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we've made our return process simple and straightforward. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

This policy is applicable to all artificial accessories purchased from **pkrCart**.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to princekumar55532@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your **order number** and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Await Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and an **Return Authorization (RA) number** if applicable. Do not send items back without an RA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as **pkrCart** is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at princekumar55532@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 24-48 hours) with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, as per our policy.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
